Will the person who gives me the quote be the painter on the day?
Yes, all our quotes are conducted by our owner-operator Brent Gentry, who is also our head painter and supervisor.
Can you prepare quotes for new houses or commercial buildings from plans?
Yes, we are able to prepare a quote for painting either your interior or exterior surfaces based on your building plans.
Do I need to be home while you paint?
You don’t have to be at home while we paint your residence, but we understand that you may prefer to be. We have police clearances and take the security of your home very seriously.
Will you be able protect my furniture and flooring during the painting?
We take great care to ensure that there is no paint on or damage done to any of your property. We will carefully move furniture, and use drop sheets and tape to protect your belongings. We also have public liability insurance, so if any damage is done, we are able to immediately rectify the situation.
Can you help me with my colour selections?
Yes, we will meet with you to assist you in choosing new paint colours for your home or business. Alternately, if you would like a full colour consultation, we recommend Kate from Colours by Kate, who can assist with not only paint colours, but also soft furnishings, flooring and window treatments. Do you require a deposit?
We only require a deposit on work over $6,000. The deposit is payable on commencement of the painting.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or direct credit.
Do you provide any guarantees?
We provide a two year guarantee on all workmanship and materials.
